Pickers Needed!

We are looking for reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operators to join our team. The role involves working across multiple departments including General Picking, Repack, and Crates. Candidates must be comfortable working in a cold storage environment, operating equipment, and handling dairy products.

Key Responsibilities:

General Picking:

• Operate electric ride-on pallet jacks (ROPJ) to pick dairy product orders.
  
• Wrap and label orders accurately.
  
• Stage completed orders in truck loading bays for dispatch.
  

Repack:

• Transfer milk from crates into boxes for shipping.
  
• Ensure repackaged items meet quality and safety standards.
  
• Prepare products for delivery to mine sites and interstate locations.
  

Crates:

• Remove crates from pallets and place them onto the wash line.
  
• Identify and separate damaged or broken crates.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the crate wash area.
  

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, production or distribution experience preferred.
  
• Valid LF/LO forklift licence or experience operating ride-on pallet jacks (preferred, but not essential).
  
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg repeatedly.
  
• Comfortable working in chilled environments (cold storage).
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including early mornings or weekends if required.
  
• Good communication skills.
